SCM Software Lab provides enterprise software development, consulting, and integration services including but not limited to:

  • Flutter mobile application development (Android & iOS)
  • SAP ECC & S/4HANA consulting and implementation
  • iDempiere open-source ERP consulting and customization
  • eCommerce and ERP integration services
  • Carrier integration services (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
  • HRMS, ePharma CRM, and Fleet Management solutions
  • Custom software development using Spring Boot, Java, and related technologies

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of SCM Software Lab Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract:

  • Custom software developed for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment.
  • Proprietary frameworks, libraries, and reusable components remain the property of SCM Software Lab.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.

4. Client Obligations

As a client of SCM Software Lab, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
  • Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all content and data provided to us does not violate any third-party rights.
  • Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule and terms.
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm our systems, reputation, or other clients.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.
  • A deposit may be required before project commencement, as specified in the agreement.
  • Invoices are due within the period specified in the contract (typically 15-30 days).
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as defined in the project agreement.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. NDA & Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All client information, business processes, and project details shared with SCM Software Lab are treated as confidential.

  • We execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon client request before project initiation.
  • Our team members are bound by internal confidentiality agreements.
  • Client data is never shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SCM Software Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from force majeure events, third-party service failures, or client-provided data inaccuracies.
  • Software is provided on an "as-is" basis for trial periods, with no warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms:

  • Both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
  • If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
  • The language of arbitration shall be English.

10. Amendments

SCM Software Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
