We then issue a fixed-scope proposal with phased work packages, a steering cadence and clear acceptance criteria. What is the difference between SAP S/4HANA, ECC and SAP Business One?
SAP ECC is the long-running on-premise ERP suite (mainstream support already wound down for many editions). S/4HANA is the next-generation digital core, runs on the HANA in-memory database, has a simpler data model and ships with Fiori UX — available on-premise, private cloud and public cloud / RISE. SAP Business One is a separate, lightweight ERP for small businesses up to roughly two-hundred users and is not on the S/4HANA codebase. We work across all three and will tell you honestly which fits your shape.
How do you price SAP consulting engagements?
We offer three commercial models: fixed-scope (the most common, used once discovery converges), time-and-materials at a published blended day-rate, and dedicated capacity for AMS and BTP extension squads. Indian offshore blended rates run forty to sixty percent below typical Western onshore rates, and we never put a junior on a senior role behind the scenes. Yes. We deliver in a hybrid onsite-offshore model. Functional leads and the cutover team can be on-site at your offices in India, the US, the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Singapore and Australia. The bulk of the build, integration and AMS team operates from our India delivery centres on your timezone — the ratio is decided per programme, not by default.
Can you support our existing ECC system while we plan a migration?
