Hire-to-Retire on One Platform

A requisition turns into a posting, the posting into a candidate, the candidate into an offer, the offer into an onboarding checklist, and the checklist into an employee record — all without anyone re-keying a single field. By the time the new joiner finishes day one, payroll already knows them.

From there the record threads through the daily life of the employee — attendance, leave, timesheet, expenses, travel, goals, reviews, courses and recognition — with managers approving in their queue and HR steering from the dashboard rather than from email. How does the role-based access model work?
Every screen, action and report is protected by a permission key. Roles bundle those keys, and a data-scope tier — full, recruitment, team or self — determines which rows the role can read or write. The same role behaves differently for an HR head and a team lead because their data scopes differ.
Can I run payroll for India and a global subsidiary in one system?
Yes. The statutory engine ships with India (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax with Form 16, 12BA and 24Q) plus Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. Each company runs its own pay groups and structures in its local currency.
Is the payslip auto-emailed to employees?
Yes. After a pay-run is finalised, payslip PDFs are generated and emailed to employees, and remain available on the employee self-service portal alongside year-to-date earnings, tax declarations and Form 16.
Can I export data to my accounting software?
Yes. Payroll produces a GL journal export and the bank-file generator outputs in NEFT, IMPS and SEPA formats. The platform also exposes a full REST API for two-way integration with ERP, finance and BI tools.
Is mobile ESS included or extra?
Employee and manager self-service run as part of the same product on a mobile-first web interface — no separate license, no separate app subscription. Native mobile wrappers are available where push notifications or offline punches are required.
