Go-Live Support & Maintenance

We do support all software we design on the basis of a product license. This generally includes bug-tracking and fixing. Feature enhancements and developments are handled. We are doing our best to avoid programming errors in products delivered to our customers. However, everybody familiar with software development practice knows that from time to time bugs appear even in the highest quality products. We will try to fix bugs as soon as possible.

Service Request

Whenever the user required any support for fixing a bug or future enhancement, user needs to send a "Service / Support Request" to us through our Bug-Tracking software. This will help us to maintain the support tracking and as well as to resolve the future issues as soon as possible.

User Acceptance

If Request is for support, based on priority, bugs will be fixed ASAP. If the the request is for enhancement (new Development), first service will implement in local then will deploy into User Acceptance Machine. Once the user completes testing, we will depply into Production.

Release to Production

If the Support Request have a Priority, Then it will be fixed into Production as soon as possible. If the request is for future enhancement (new Development), After user Acceptance, It will be released into Production. The group of requests, will be release in weekly or monthly in Production.
